Latrobe Community Health Services Morwell VIC is seeking an Aged Care Assessor (Non-clinical) to join our Assessment Services across Morwell, Leongatha and Wonthaggi. This permanent, part time role focuses on non-clinical assessments to help clients access the right aged care supports while promoting independence.

You'll work with diverse communities, including CALD and Indigenous populations, and collaborate with clients, families and service providers to deliver timely, person-centred care
