The role

We are currently looking for an experienced Baker , working alongside our team of bakers/pastry chef's who are responsible for the daily production of our serviced Bakery. We're looking for someone who thrives working in a high-volume environment, has natural enthusiasm and a passion for producing high quality baked goods.

Your key responsibilities

- Produce high quality bread and bread rolls
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure a high standard of presentation and merchandising
- Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation and facing up
- Maintain and abide by food safety and W,H & S policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

- Certificate III in Baking or equivalent




- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to react and adapt quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Confident attitude with a respectful and warm approach
- The ability to work early mornings, some nights and weekends
