ARRCS Home Care Darwin is actively sourcing a Home Care Support Coordinator to join on a permanent, full time basis in Darwin. The role coordinates in-home aged care services and packages of care, ensuring compliance with legislation and funding guidelines.

You will be a self-starter who works with minimal supervision, understands Aged Care requirements, and ideally knows Federal Home Care funding schemes. Travel to clients’ homes is expected as needed.
