cohealth is seeking a Support Work - First Nations Community Wellbeing Worker to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Brimbank, Maribyrnong and Wyndham. The role provides culturally secure, trauma‑informed wellbeing support and warm referrals to ACCOs, Aboriginal‑specific healing services, cultural programs, Elders groups and mainstream supports.

It is a full‑time (negotiable) fixed‑term position with an hourly rate range of $41.97–$45.16 plus superannuation and salary
