Baxters Foods Australia, a proud family-owned company, is a leading Australian manufacturer specializing in a diverse range of high-quality foods for both retail and foodservice sectors.

We are seeking two reliable and motivated Factory Hygiene & Sanitation Team Member to join our afternoon shift team (3:00pm – 11:30pm). These are permanent full-time positions (38 hours per week), afternoon shift loadings apply.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our Hygiene and Sanitation team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Your duties will include:

- Following all safety protocols while cleaning including LOTO management
- Cleaning and sanitising production equipment such as machinery, pipework, and conveyors using chemical foaming and rinsing methods
- Following work instructions to achieve the required level of cleaning in all food contact surfaces




- Manual scrubbing and cleaning of floors and infrastructure with suitable equipment
- Dismantling and reassembling certain equipment for thorough cleaning

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- Cleaning experience within the food industry (minimum 1 year)
- Positive understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safety
- Good understanding of PPE
- A reasonable level of physical fitness
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
