Altona Location - Local Refrigerated Deliveries -$41.93 Per Hour + Overtime + Superannuation
We’re on the lookout for an experienced MC driver to join a excellent team based out of Altona area . If you’re keen to keep your wheels turning and earn some extra cash, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain refrigerated trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Transport perishable goods while adhering to temperature control regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle’s safety and functionality.
- Monitor and adjust refrigeration systems to maintain the required cargo temperature.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel.
- Complete accurate and timely delivery paperwork.
What you need:
- Current MC Licence.
- Melbourne local knowledge and experience
- Will pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
- Able to complete daily run sheets
- Coupling & decoupling of trailers
- Have great reversing skills
- Be available for overtime during peak periods
