Wait Staff | The Breslin Bar & Grill – Southbank

The Breslin Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic wait staff and a Bartender member to join our team in Southbank.

We're a busy venue with a loyal local following, plenty of regulars and a great atmosphere. We believe good service is about making people feel welcome, paying attention to the little things and working together as a team.

If you enjoy hospitality, like working in a fast-paced setting and genuinely love looking after people, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel welcome.
- Taking food and drink orders and providing menu recommendations.
- Delivering food and beverages with confidence and attention to detail.
- Keeping tables and service areas clean and organised.
- Working closely with our kitchen and bar team to ensure a smooth service.
- Helping create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What we're looking for





- Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred, but attitude is just as important.
- Someone who is reliable, positive and enjoys working with people.
- A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves during busy services.
- Strong communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
- A current Victorian RSA.
