UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families – Haven VIC is seeking a Wellness Partner to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing through person‑centred programs at Kirra Haven Aged Care Facility.

Under the Wellness Lead, you will deliver inclusive wellness activities, build respectful relationships, collaborate with care staff and volunteers, and help embed HELF Services into daily home operations while ensuring safety and dignity for residents.
