Lakeside Hotel & Conference centre is seeking casual Chefs to join our growing Food and Beverage team at Lachlan’s Restaurant, Brew Café, and events and catering. You will work under the Executive Chef, collaborating with a team to meet kitchen operation needs and menu demands in a fast-paced setting.

You should have hands-on experience in high-volume kitchens, a robust commitment to food safety (HACCP) and WH&S; standards, and be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
