We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our team. Both Full-time and Part-time roles are available.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our business - providing outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. You’ll work as part of a supportive team while also taking initiative on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Assist customers with product selection and provide informed recommendations
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness,



and merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Proven high-level experience in retail or customer service
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility with availability (we operate 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays)

Desirable (but not essential)

- Knowledge or interest in sports such as AFL, soccer, NRL, or Formula 1
