Northern Health in Coburg is seeking a Community Mental Health Clinician (Grade 3 Social Worker/OT, Grade 2 Psychologist, or RN) to join the Merri-bek Community Team. This part time, ongoing role focuses on assessment, targeted mental health interventions and coordinating care for a defined group of local consumers.
You will work within a large, supportive multidisciplinary team, with possible shifts outside hours to support the acute function and ACIS, and primarily normal business hours.
