Gym Receptionist, Group Fitness Instructor & Club Operations

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a passion for fitness and wants to be part of a positive, community-focused team.

This role combines reception, customer service, group fitness instruction and keeping our clubs looking their best. No two days are the same, and everyone in our team pitches in to create an setting our members love coming back to. This is a hands-on role, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming and professional club while delivering outstanding service to our members.

About the Role

Your day may include:

- Welcoming members and assisting with enquiries.
- Reception and general administration.
- Running engaging and motivating group fitness classes.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional club environment.

- Opening and closing the club when required.




- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the gym.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Holds a minimum Certificate III in Fitness.
- Is confident leading, or keen to lead, group fitness classes.
- Enjoys talking to people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Takes pride in keeping things clean, organised and well presented.
- Is reliable, organised and happy to work as part of a team.
- Uses initiative and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Is available for a mixture of early morning and evening weekday shifts.
