The Analyst Australia is seeking a dedicated Validation Associate to join our Quality Assurance & Control team. This is a contract position based in Nunawading, VIC 3131. As a Validation Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our scientific and technological processes. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality across our operations, supporting the organisation's commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.
What you'll be doing
Conducting thorough validation testing and documentation of systems, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Performing detailed quality control checks and assessments on scientific procedures and technological systems
Preparing and maintaining comprehensive validation reports, records, and documentation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancements
Executing validation protocols and methodologies in accordance with established standard operating procedures
Troubleshooting issues identified during validation activities and supporting corrective actions
Assisting with the development and refinement of validation procedures and best practices
Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring full traceability of all validation activities
What we're looking for
Qualification in a relevant scientific or technical discipline (such as Science, Engineering, or a related field)
Demonstrated experience in validation of Laboratory equipment (e.g. pH Meter, Dissolution equipment, Balance, UV-Vis Spectrometer, Potentiometer, KF,
Tablet hardness and Viscometer) in alignment with Validation Master Plans and regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and document discrepancies accurately
Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple validation activities simultaneously
Proficiency with data management systems and scientific software applications
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports
A methodical and systematic approach to problem-solving and process validation
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred: experience with PIC's guideline, GxP compliance (such as GMP or GLP), or pharmaceutical/biotechnology validation
