We're seeking a passionate and experienced Venue Manager with estensive cocktail experience and proven track record of bar management.

About the Role

- Curate and manage an exceptional Cocktail and bererag program and wine list with a focus on local and international producers
- Oversee daily bar operations, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Lead and train a small FOH team with a focus on warm, professional service
- Drive Cocktail and wine education across the team and with guests




- Be part of the leadership team shaping the bar's culture and reputation

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a venue manager and or Bar Management
- Strong knowledge of Cocktail and Beverage program development, WSET qualifications a bonus
- Confident, calm leadership with a guest-first mindset
- Great organisational skills and a hands-on approach
- A love for local producers, seasonal food, and creating memorable experiences
