They have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring or experience Finance Business Partner to join their Commercial Finance team, taking ownership of key stakeholder relationships, performance reporting and commercial analysis.

The Role

With dual reporting lines into the Senior Manager and Director of Finance, you will:

- Own stakeholder relationships for a dedicated business segment, partnering closely with leadership to drive performance and commercial insights.
- Lead forecasting of revenue pipeline, providing in-depth analysis of variances in Monthly and Annual reports.
- Partner with Team Leads to oversee critical Work in Progress accounting including Revenue Recognition,



project billing milestones and policy alignment.
- Liaise with senior leadership to guide Pricing strategy, monitor performance and implement strategic initiatives.
- Support broader organisational objectives and lead ad hoc initiatives alongside senior leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this position you should have:

- CA/CPA qualification or Equivalent international certification.
- High-level communication skills and ability to liaise with diverse Stakeholder and Client relationships - this is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in Revenue accounting, Work in Progress and Receivables management is also strongly preferred.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to manage forecasting processes, drive commercial insights and comprehensive analysis.
- Good accounting foundations, and the ability to bring a technical lens to commercial conversations.
