Your Role
As a Dental Assistant at Fixed Teeth Australia, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians and providing an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the dentist during procedures, with a strong focus on dental implant treatments
- Supporting our OHT during routine hygiene appointments
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments to protocol
- Assisting with dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and aftercare
- Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with scheduling
You will be fully supported by experienced clinicians and a friendly team who are committed to helping you grow your skills and confidence — no one is left on their own.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally with exposure to dental implant procedures.
- However, complete beginners are welcome — the right attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are even more important.
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilisation workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a cooperative, fast-paced clinical environment
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)
This role is full-time employment & Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this role.
