Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) is seeking dedicated Support Worker to assist young adults aged 18–25 with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs as they transition into adulthood. The role is based at Highfield Street, Coalville, with a focus on building independence within a long-term supported living service.

You will work closely with a supportive team and follow transparent plans to promote dignity, wellbeing and resilience.
