The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Auto Electricians for mine site roles. In this position, you will be involved in all aspects of machine maintenance, including fault finding, troubleshooting, and performing both scheduled and preventative maintenance on heavy machinery. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to ensure our high standards of service are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert auto electrical, air conditioning.
- Conduct comprehensive fault finding, troubleshooting, and scheduled/preventative maintenance.
- Offer professional advice regarding the current Auto Electrical condition of machines.
- Perform all work activities with a high regard for industry safety standards.
- Maintain a neat and professional approach to all work procedures.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals with a solid work ethic who thrive in a team environment. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Trade Qualifications: Certified Auto Electrician.
- Experience: Proven experience with heavy vehicles and in the mining industry. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and advanced auto electrical fault-finding skills.
- Licenses & Certifications: A current Driver's Licence and a current Coal Board Medical (or the ability to pass one).
- Skills: A high level of verbal, written, and computer literacy skills.
- Attributes: The ability to work unsupervised while remaining an integral part of the team.
- Note: No specific vaccinations are required for this role.
