tekFinder are a small, fun team of senior recruiters in the software, AI, data and product space. We enjoy winning, business development, working hard and have a good time doing it.

Were also the team behind tekFoundation; the non-profit that provides free recruitment services to charities around the country!

We're on the lookout for a new IT recruiter to join our team here, to focus on the Data and Engineering space.

Ideally you have 1-2 years in IT recruitment already, know the basics well, are strong at sales and enjoy having conversations with people either on the phone or in person.

We're working with some really exciting businesses in Australia right now - a number of which are hiring data engineers, LLM specialists & machine learning engineers.

We need a new team member who can help us deliver on these projects.





We're looking for someone that likes to be ethical in their approach, is detail oriented and can structure their day well.

We are super driven – but we don’t like being pushy or wreck & ruin our way to making placements.

We’re looking for someone who is;
