Beautopia Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd – Lane Cove West NSW

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Beautopia Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd as an Operations Manager. In this full-time role, you will be based at our Lane Cove West, NSW location ( with travel to stores ) and play a vital role in overseeing the productive and effective operations of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

- Help manage and oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivity
- Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures to improve efficiency and drive improvement
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including suppliers, to build strong relationships and resolve any issues
- Monitor and analyse operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making as a key member of the leadership team
- Work with stores and store managers to improve sales and efficiencies.
- Store visits with travel interstate.

What we're looking for

- Experience (5+ years) in an operations management role, preferably within the retail or wholesale distribution areas
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team,



with strong people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Solid analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and act on operational metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, operations management or logistics
- Hands on Operational experience.
- Inventory and Warehouse management a plus
- ability to travel interstate
