We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to lead small group classes and potentially offer 1:1 sessions. You'll be working with a diverse range of clients, from those managing injuries to those pursuing general fitness and wellbeing.

Our studio offers high-quality Mat and Reformer Pilates in a professional, wellness-focused setting. We work closely with allied health professionals including physiotherapists, osteopaths, and massage therapists to provide integrated care and exceptional client outcomes.

What you'll be doing

- Leading small group Mat and Reformer Pilates classes (max 4-6 participants)
- Creating secure, personalised, and engaging programs
- Collaborating with allied health practitioners on client care

What we're looking for

- Qualified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates
- Experience in a studio or clinical setting (1-2 years preferred, but open to new grads)
- Confident working with clients of all abilities, including rehab populations
- Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Nice to have

- Background in allied health (for example Physio, EP, Osteo)
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Interest in professional development and ongoing learning
