About the Role- Permanent Part Time, 30 Hours Per Fortnight
From September 1st 2026
Bayside Health has a Grade 3 AHA role available, working with the Podiatry team. In this role, you will provide safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care under the direct, indirect, or remote supervision of an Allied Health Professional (AHP).
You will also deliver both clinical and non-clinical support to the Podiatry team.
You will experience a supportive environment that ensures structured supervision, professional development opportunities and quality activities and will be working with a varied and rewarding patient group including outpatients, inpatients and RACs.

Mandatory Requirements
·A recognised Allied Health Assistant Qualification – Certificate IV or equivalent and at least 3 years’ experience (full-time equivalent) as a Grade 2 allied health assistant or therapy assistant (Dept of Health, 2023)
·Established communication and organisation skills
·Entitlement to work within Australia
·A Police Check that is current
·Provision of valid Working with Children Check
·Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check
·Seasonal influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions
