Monash Health is seeking an Aboriginal Cultural Engagement Officer (non-clinical) to provide cultural and professional guidance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses, Midwives and Cadets transitioning into the workforce. The role works under supervision within the Graduate & RUSON-M Workforce Manager and supports culturally protected environments.

You must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with post-registration experience, and
