Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Salary: $27.15 to $35.00 per hour depending on your experience level and performances (Approximately $60,000 to $77,500 per year) + Superannuation

We are one of Australia's leading specialists in automotive electronics and we're looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assist customers in-store, over the phone and online.
- Recommend the right products for each customer's vehicle.
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Follow up quotations to help customers make informed decisions.
- Build solid relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with our Australia and overseas teams.
- Learn about the latest automotive technology and products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service every day.

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail or sales experience (essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn




- Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
- Confident using computers and basic software
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Passion for helping customers
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in automotive accessories, car audio, electronics or 4WD products is highly regarded but not essential. We provide product training for the right person.
