We are partnering with a major Australian banking organisation to recruit customer-focused Bank Tellers across several regional NSW locations.

Hours Full-time role, Monday to Saturday roster based on branch requirements

This is a customer-facing role providing exceptional service and support to customers within a branch environment. You will assist with everyday banking transactions, identify customer needs, and contribute to the smooth operation of the branch.

Key responsibilities include:





- Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service in branch environments
- Assisting customers with everyday banking enquiries and transactions
- Understanding customer needs and referring them to appropriate banking products and services
- Supporting day-to-day branch operations within small, close-knit teams
- Accurately maintaining records and workflows within internal systems
- Adhering to strict compliance, policy, and risk procedures
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Contributing to a welcoming and professional branch experience

To be successful in the role you will:

- Have proven customer service experience (retail, hospitality, banking or similar backgrounds highly regarded)
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident, curious, and eager to learn banking products and services
- Have sound computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Be reliable, professional, and capable of working within established procedures
- Demonstrate flexibility to work branch operating hours Monday to Saturday
- Have previous banking experience (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)
