Built on 20 years of combined experience, it's a small, tight-knit team with a strong reputation across Victorian fleets and ambitions to grow. Please note, this role will be commencing Early to Mid June, 2026.

Tired of the same four walls?

If you're a qualified diesel mechanic who has done your time in the workshop and now you're ready to get out on the road, this is worth a read. This is a 100% mobile field service role. You will be travelling across Melbourne's West and North and into regional Victoria, looking after fleet clients with scheduled servicing and on-site repairs. Jobs are scheduled and allocated centrally, with clear communication and support from the office throughout your day.

What the role looks like day-to-day

- Scheduled servicing and maintenance of heavy vehicles, trucks and trailers




- On-site repairs and breakdown work as the role develops
- Travelling across West/North Melbourne and regional areas
- Liaising with fleet clients on-site professionally and confidently

Your experience

- Trade-qualified heavy vehicle diesel mechanic
- Able to drive manual vehicles
- Heavy vehicle licence preferred, not essential
- Your own basic day-to-day tools
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Reliable, safety-focused, and qualified on-site
- Valid driver's licence
