What you'll be doing Sushi roll position & Kitchen assistant, Prep Chef

Expertly prepare sushi rolls and other Japanese dishes

Ensure the standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Maintain a clean and organised workstation

Dishwashing, Veg prep , Cook Sushi rice

What you'll be doing – All Rounder

Provide friendly and productive customer service, including taking orders and handling payments

Assist with front-of-house duties such as serving food, cleaning tables,



and maintaining a welcoming dining area

Support kitchen operations as needed, including basic food preparation and plating

Help with opening and closing procedures

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations during busy service periods
