About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at Michael Kors Essendon DFO.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated customer experience while representing one of the world's leading luxury fashion brands. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build meaningful relationships with customers.




- Identify sales opportunities and confidently promote products to achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards that reflect the Michael Kors brand.
- Assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and back-of-house operations.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and help create a welcoming store environment.
- Ensure the store remains well-presented, organised, and compliant with brand standards.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and creating memorable customer experiences.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

- Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or sales-focused environment (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Confidence in achieving sales targets and driving results.
- MUST be available weekends.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods as required.
