Role Introduction

Join Cathay Pacific as a Cargo Sales & Services Officer in this permanent, full-time role based in Sydney. You'll support day-to-day cargo operations through customer service, sales support, flight preparation, and operational coordination, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of cargo.

Working with customers, cargo agents, and operational teams, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional service while upholding Cathay's safety, compliance, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
