Are you a gun Barista who loves leading people, coaching teams and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every interaction matters?

At Sienna's Drive Thru Coffee , we're looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Cafe Manager (2IC) to help lead our team and deliver the best drive-thru coffee experience around.

This is a Friday to Sunday role (approximately 30 hours per week) , perfect for someone who wants meaningful leadership responsibility while enjoying a versatile work week.

What You'll Be Doing

- Creating an exceptional customer experience that keeps guests coming back.
- Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Training, coaching and mentoring team members to perform at their best.
- Leading shifts and supporting day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining quality, presentation and service standards.
- Managing workflow during busy peak periods.
- Demonstrating what "best-in-class" customer service looks like every day.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' hospitality or café experience
- At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Outstanding barista skills and coffee knowledge
- Proven ability to train, coach and develop staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A positive, energetic and hands-on approach
