We're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Staff to join our client's growing team in Devon Meadows . Successful applicants may be placed within either our Nursery Production or Despatch (Pick & Pack) team depending on business needs and your suitability.

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your assigned team, your duties may include:
- Transplanting, potting and staking plants
- Picking and packing plant orders
- Moving plants and nursery stock around site
- Driving electric buggies towing small trailers (full training provided - no licence required)
- Working accurately from picking lists and production schedules
- Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
- Working closely with supervisors and the production team
What We're Looking For
- Available Monday to Friday
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Good English reading and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Own reliable transport and driver's licence (no public transport available)
- Horticulture or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
Working Hours
Depending on the team you join:
Nursery Production
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
Despatch
- Rotating roster between 6:30am and 7:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Availability to work every second Sunday during September and October (8:00am - 2:00pm)
- Overtime available during peak periods
