Field Service Administrator/Logistics & Tools Coordinator
Location: Bayswater, VIC
Pay Rate: $43–$45 per hour
Hours: Full-time, ongoing temporary role
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
An exciting prospect is available to join our team as a Field Service Administrator / Tools Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a long-term career with a global organisation. This is a varied role that combines logistics, administration, warehouse coordination, and hands‑on manual work. About the Role This is not a desk‑based administration role. While there is an administrative component, the majority of your time will be spent working in the warehouse, coordinating tools and equipment for field service technicians. You'll be actively involved in preparing, organising, receiving and inspecting equipment, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys staying busy and being hands‑on.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate tools and equipment for field service technicians
- Organise courier bookings for delivery and collection of tool containers across Australia
- Monitor technician availability and assist with service scheduling
- Manage new tool purchases with various suppliers and vendors
- Prepare and check tool containers to ensure the correct equipment is allocated to each job
- Receive returned tool containers,



inspect tools for missing or damaged items, and return equipment to the warehouse

About You We're looking for someone who

- Is a recent graduate in IT, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or has a similar technical background
- Has strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Is organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Enjoys working in a practical, hands‑on warehouse environment rather than being behind a desk all day
- Is physically fit and comfortable performing regular manual handling, including lifting, moving and loading heavy tool containers throughout the day
- Is happy to work in a role where manual labour forms a significant part of the daily workload
- Is looking for a long‑term opportunity with excellent career growth

Desirable

- Forklift (LF) Licence (not essential—training can be provided)
