About the Role

Our Bayswater Jayco brand is seeking a motivated Caravan Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced technicians seeking stable, ongoing work and career development.

For the right applicant, we will support completion of a Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Service & Repair, along with Jayco-specific in-house training.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, repair, and maintain Jayco caravans and RVs
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, plumbing, gas, and mechanical issues (experience-dependent)
- Install and repair appliances, accessories, and upgrades
- Conduct safety inspections and compliance checks




- Maintain accurate job records
- Keep the workshop clean, secure, and organised
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service

About You

- Interest or experience in caravan/RV servicing or a related trade
- Willingness to learn and undertake formal training (for trainees)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team (experience-dependent)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Skills & Experience

- Trainees: No prior experience required; hands‑on aptitude and positive attitude essential
- Experienced Technicians: Proven experience in caravan/RV servicing or a similar trade
- Trade qualifications, gas, and electrical certifications are highly regarded but not essential
