Chef position available , casual role 35+ hours a week

Exciting opportunity for a casual Chef to join our team!

This will be a casual role 35+ hoursper week, with more hours available with fill in work.

- Daytime hours
- This is a causal role and rate with weekend penalty rates
- Work within a small team, Head Chef and Sous Chef + two other team members

Skills & Experience:

- A back ground in breakfast and lunch is preferred
- Proven ability to confidently run the pass or grill during bust periods
- Proven experience in working with a team
- Must be able to work independently and be organised
- The ability to produce high quality food while enjoying a bit of banter

What we require:

- Available to start within a reasonable timeframe
- Punctual and reliable- with a small team, this is crucial
- Flexible in availability
- Understand Australian cafe culture, fancy coffee and everyday brunching
- Passion & creativity.. love the satisfaction of a nice round soft poached egg

St Coco Cafe is an established cafe on south side of Brisbane. A busy cafe offering specialty coffee & all day brunch. We're looking for anexperienced,passionate team member to join our crew. You'll be working closely with a small team and head chef. Collectively we're motivatedabout providing a diverse menu, warm atmosphere, unique experience and have fun along the way.
