Bay City Auto Group is seeking an experienced F&I; Business Manager to join their team in Frankston, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maximizing finance and insurance penetration for our vehicle sales, ensuring our customers receive tailored and compliant finance and protection products that meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

- Deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers through the finance and insurance process
- Analyse customer needs and present suitable finance and protection products
- Negotiate and close finance and insurance deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is compliant
- Provide training and support to the sales team on finance and insurance products
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and trends

What we’re looking for

- Minimum one year experience as an F&I; Business Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
- Sales experience combined with finance background is acceptable for this position
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills




- In-depth knowledge of finance and insurance products, regulations and compliance
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
