Junction Beer Hall & Wine Room is seeking a reliable Cook/Chef de Partie for a part time role in a busy pub kitchen. You will run your own section, contribute to service, and help maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2+ years in a similar setting, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or 3+ years’ experience in lieu) and a Food Handling Certificate, with nights, weekends, and public holidays availability.
