We're looking for a motivated Physiotherapist who wants structure, support, and a clear pathway to becoming a confident, high-performing clinician. This role is all about building strong clinical foundations, delivering great outcomes, and growing fast - without being thrown in the deep end.
About the Role:
You’ll be supported to manage your own caseload while learning how to deliver exceptional client outcomes using proven clinical systems and frameworks.
Your role will include:
Treating a varied caseload with a strong focus on results and long-term outcomes
Applying our clinical models of care with every client
Actively participating in weekly team meetings, focusing on your progress and contributions
Maintaining an organised schedule and following best-practice clinical systems (because chaos helps no one)
Proactive client communication, follow-ups, and engagement throughout their rehab journey
This role may include shared weekend work across the team - because bodies don’t always break down Monday-Friday
What We Offer:
Structured new graduate development program (real structure, not "figure it out as you go")
Weekly 1:1 mentoring with a Senior Practitioner who's invested in your growth
A clear Monthly Growth & Development Plan so you always know what you're working on
Regular in-house education, peer reviews, and team training sessions
A high-accountability, high-support team culture
Explicit performance targets and career progression pathways
Systems and processes that actually make clinical life easier
Salary aligned with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award, plus performance incentives where applicable
About You:
Graduated, recently graduated or soon-to-graduate Physiotherapist
Keen to learn, improve, and take ownership of your development
Comfortable receiving feedback and asking questions (we expect it)
Organised, reliable, and proactive
A team player who values culture, communication, and doing things properly
