About the role

Our client requires 24/7 support in the home and is looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team. You’ll provide one-on-one support to our client with cerebral palsy in their home and the community.

Support may include:

- Assistance with meals and domestic tasks
- Mobility and transfers
- Community access and social activities
- Supporting therapy or communication goals





You will be able to have access to a variety of consistent shifts (Day, Afternoon & Active Nights) and ensure a work life balance is your number one priority whilst also making a huge impact to our client’s life.

Training sessions with our experienced allied health and nursing team will ensure you have the knowledge and support required to succeed.

About you

To join our team, you will have the following skills and experience:

- First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card
- Cert 3 or 4 in Disability, Aged or Community
- Australian Driver's License

You are a great communicator and have extensive experience with Manual Handling and be able to work within an amazing team of experienced and passionate people.
