Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Affiliate Manager / Community Manager at Digital Dreamers Den (D3). The role involves managing and growing affiliate partnerships, coordinating with sponsors, and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes through clear communication and consistent relationship management. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding new affiliates, tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and preparing simple reports on partner activities and results. The position also includes community-facing responsibilities such as engaging members across online channels, moderating discussions, supporting events, and amplifying sponsor and affiliate initiatives in a way that adds value to the community. The Affiliate Manager / Community Manager will collaborate closely with the core D3 team to align affiliate and community efforts with broader community goals and growth plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management and Account Management skills to nurture partnerships and coordinate sponsor initiatives.




- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with affiliates, sponsors, and community members across digital channels.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Online Marketing skills to help promote partner offerings, increase conversions, and support community growth.
- Candidates should possess basic data analysis and reporting skills to monitor affiliate performance, interpret metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with tech or developer communities, especially AI and web development, and experience using community platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack, forums) are beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in a remote setting, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are preferred.
- Prior experience in community management, influencer programs, or partner marketing is a plus; formal education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is helpful but not required.
