We’re on the lookout for an experienced and confident casual bartender to join our team at Russo Estate. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently run a bar from start to finish.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality drinks and service while managing the bar independently during service periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and coffee to a high standard
- Running the bar independently during service
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Completing stocktakes and managing inventory
About You:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced venue
- Confident making cocktails, coffee, and all standard bar beverages
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the bar
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Reliable, punctual, and skilled
