Based in Flora Hill VIC, you’ll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres - providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope
- Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows
- Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks
- Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on support
- Act as first contact for on-site queries and upscale urgent issues
- Manage equipment and supplies,



reporting faults and maintaining stock
- Follow all OH&S; policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous cleaning experience
- Robust communication skills and ability to lead a small team
- Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)
- A smartphone for work communication
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential)
- Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
