Join the SoilWorx Team – HR & HC Tipper Driver – DEER PARK & PAKENHAM

SoilWorx is seeking reliable HR and HC drivers to join our transport teams at our Deer Park and Pakenham depots.

With more than 40 years of industry experience, SoilWorx is a trusted Victorian provider of cartage, plant hire, disposal services and bulk foundation materials. Our reputation is built on safety, reliable service and a hardworking team that takes pride in getting the job done properly.

About the Role

You will safely transport and deliver bulk materials to residential, commercial and civil sites throughout Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Typical working hours are 5:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday , averaging approximately 60 hours per week .

Weekend work is available for drivers seeking additional hours but is completely optional and not a requirement.

Depending on your licence and experience, you may operate an HR tipper, tandem tipper or HC truck and dog combination.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely operating company vehicles and equipment
- Completing daily pre-start inspections
- Delivering materials safely, accurately and on time
- Following all road, site, WHS and fatigue-management requirements
- Communicating professionally with customers and the operations team
- Keeping your allocated vehicle clean and well presented
- Reporting vehicle faults, hazards and incidents promptly
- Representing SoilWorx professionally at all times

- Kenworth T409SAR, T610SAR and T909SAR trucks




- Automatic and Road Ranger manual transmissions
- Hino and Isuzu automatic medium-rigid trucks
- Vehicle allocation will depend on your licence class, experience and operational requirements.

What You’ll Need

- A current HR or HC driver’s licence
- Tipper experience is preferred but not essential
- Full training will be provided to the right candidate
- Truck and dog experience is preferred for HC positions
- Road Ranger experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of road safety, WHS and fatigue management
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Good time-management and communication skills
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
- Commitment to keeping your allocated vehicle clean and presentable
- Availability to work approximately 5:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
