Active Wise Health Care is seeking OTs and physiotherapists to provide home-based services across Melbourne's eastern suburbs, bayside, and Mornington Peninsula. You will handle referrals and gradually grow your caseload while working at a adaptable schedule.

Applicants with aged care experience and NDIs exposure are welcome, though not essential. You can manage your own calendar, and may see private or NDIs clients as appropriate, with strong team support and remuneration.
