Parts Interpreter - Pakenham Mazda and Pakenham GWM

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Interpreting and processing parts requirements for internal and external customers




- Liaising with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely supply of parts
- Managing stock levels and ordering parts from suppliers
- Invoicing and maintaining accurate records in the parts system
- Providing exceptional customer service at the front counter and over the phone
- Ensuring parts are received, stored, and dispatched correctly

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a similar Spare Parts role (preferably in an automotive dealership environment)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems (Mazda & GWM experience highly regarded)
- Sound computer skills and experience with inventory software systems
