This role is built for fitters who want strong base hours, regular overtime, and excellent call‑out allowances.

What’s On Offer

- 10‑hour shifts Monday–Friday
- 8–10 hours of overtime per week regularly
- OT paid after 8 hours (award compliant)
- Weekly pay
- Regular after hour call‑outs available
- Minimum 4 hours paid per call‑out
- Travel paid depending on time & location
- Full shift stand‑down allowances paid after certain call‑outs

Call‑Out & Allowances

The Role

You’ll be working across preventative and breakdown maintenance in a heavy industrial / manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include:

- Preventative & reactive maintenance
- Breakdown repairs on plant and equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Repairs, replacements, and testing of equipment
- Maintaining safety and production standards

What You’ll Need

- Trade Qualification – Fitter
- Previous maintenance and repair experience
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical
- High‑risk licences (forklift etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills
