About the Role
Reporting to the Squad Lead, you will provide technical expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), supporting the delivery of enhancements, projects, integrations, and ongoing platform improvements.
As a hands-on developer, you'll work closely with architects, technical leads, business stakeholders, and product teams to design, build, and enhance solutions that deliver real business value. You'll also have the opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder to develop intelligent automation and customer solutions.
Working within an Agile environment, you'll contribute to the full software development lifecycle while helping drive high-quality outcomes across both project and business-as-usual initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Support solution design alongside architects and technical leads.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Participate in code reviews and DevOps best practices.
- Contribute to projects from design through to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
About You
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in a Dynamics 365 development role.
- Strong Dynamics 365 CE experience.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure DevOps and Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Agile delivery practices.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Experience
- Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Azure cloud technologies.
- MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
