The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff - Principal to play a pivotal leadership role in supporting the Group Executive. This role is instrumental in driving strategic alignment, execution discipline, and operational effectiveness across the organization. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, shaping direction, surfacing risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment between strategy, priorities, and execution.

Key responsibilities include connecting the dots to identify systemic issues, orchestrating discussions for coherent strategies, and proactively addressing complex delivery and performance challenges. The Chief of Staff will also champion transformation, build a high-performing senior leadership team, and influence conditions for high employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior strategic role,



with a strong background in commercial and technology acumen.

They should be adept at operating in ambiguity, have exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a track record of managing large-scale projects. The role requires a forward-thinking leader who can anticipate issues, drive critical initiatives, and ensure that product and technology priorities are aligned with enterprise strategy. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for designing and maintaining a high-impact operating rhythm, leading strategic initiatives, and providing transparent executive narratives for senior leaders and stakeholders.
