Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a role with more flexibility and variety?

The Property Associates is seeking an organised, tech‑savvy Holiday Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of premium Airbnb and short‑term holiday accommodation across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. This is a hands‑on role that combines guest experience, owner communication, property inspections and operational management. Every day is different, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working independently and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of holiday properties, including:

- Managing guest communications before, during and after each stay
- Coordinating cleaners, trades and maintenance
- Conducting property inspections and quality assurance checks
- Working with dynamic pricing and booking systems
- Liaising with property owners and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing online booking platforms and responding promptly to enquiries
- Ensuring properties are presented to the highest standard




- Handling occasional after‑hours issues as required

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous Property Management experience (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail
- Confidence using technology and learning new software
- Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded)
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- A current driver's licence and good driving record

Working Hours

This role offers flexibility, however availability is required Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional availability outside normal hours to assist guests where necessary.
