Alex Beach Cabins & Tourist Park is located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast at Alexandra Headland, providing several budget friendly cabin and caravan accommodation options.

We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service, value for money and well maintained facilities, a short distance from beaches and numerous other coast tourist attractions.

We currently have an prospect for a Park Manager to join our team on a fulltime basis.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-today functions of a busy tourist park. Annual Salary of $88,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- A strong work ethic
- Established leadership skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Have hold over experience




- Proficient in computer systems and software applications relevant to hospitality operations - Newbook booking experience a requirement.
- Good working knowledge of Excel & Office

The role will involve:

- Ensuring compliance with company policies/procedures, industry regulations and health & safety standards.
- Maintaining a safe & welcoming environment for guests & employees
- Building positive relationships with the local community
- Overseeing Park grounds to a high standard including light maintenance duties when required.
- Managing our Newbooks reservation system
- Managing cleaning, administration and maintenance staff
- Assist with Park activities during peak periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays as required 10 day on 4 day off working roster.
