We are seeking a Talent Advisor to join our Sydney office, supporting the firm’s resourcing needs within a professional services workplace. The role will initially focus on internal talent requirements, with scope to expand into external recruitment as the function evolves.

The role reports to the HR Manager and sits within the broader HR team, working closely with Partners, leaders and HR colleagues to deliver practical, well‑judged recruitment outcomes.

About the role

You will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment support, partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide market‑informed advice. Early focus will be on internal talent identification and movement, with responsibility broadening over time to include external hiring across a range of roles.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, initially focused on internal resourcing
- Partnering with leaders on role scoping, approvals and resourcing decisions
- Supporting the transition to a blended internal and external recruitment approach
- Screening, interviewing and supporting selection decisions
- Coordinating advertising, candidate management and offers
- Contributing to onboarding and early employment experiences
- Maintaining recruitment data and reporting
- Supporting broader HR initiatives as required

About you

You are an experienced recruitment professional who is comfortable working closely with the business and exercising sound judgement. You will bring:

- Three to five years’ recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Professional services recruitment experience, ideally within accounting or legal
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Clear communication skills and a practical, collaborative approach
